While my window air conditioner gently weeps ….

The weather is so freakin’ hot right now in Georgia.
If one lives in the Southeast, you know what I am talking about.

My house is pretty old. Well, I don’t know if 1959 is that old. The fellow that developed our street used the oak trees on the property for the house. All of the main areas have oak walls and ceilings. It is rather comfortable.

We have a great heating system. I saw an ad that central A/C can be added to heating systems.

So, I called the “heating and air” people for an estimate and all.

When the salesman visited the house, they look at all the wood and complimented on it. In the living areas and kitchen, it is on the ceiling and walls.

And then he talked to my chest that our heating system was not compatible to added central air. We would have to install a separate system.

And I saw the estimate of that project.

The window units are fine. I just have to clean the filters …

No problem …
